We stayed in the older part of the hotel and the lift was in the new part meaning we had to either carry it up and down stairs or walk through the warren-like corridors for ages to the lift. The only negative was that access for a push chair could be better. The evening buffet was also better than expected with the "mini" fish and chips actually being surprisingly large fish fillets!! Buffet Breakfast was also fantastic with excellent service again and a good range of tasty food. There were staff touring the tables topping up food and wine constantly. The wedding breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of meat and as much veg as you could ask for. I like a good shower and that's what I got! The wedding itself was well managed, plenty of helpful staff tending to our needs throughout the day. Our bed is massive and very comfy and the bathroom facilities were great.

A separate room for our two older girls to sleep in with TV and a made up travel cot for our little boy. Firstly the room was excellent, we stayed in the Walter Crane suite as we have three little ones. Attended a family wedding here and it was pretty damn good.
We understand this is probably due to the original lay. There were also some smaller sets of steps that we had to traverse and the doors were really awkward. The wedding itself was well managed, plenty of helpful staff tending to our needs throughout the day. I like a good shower and that's what I got!
